The whole production process of aluminium alloy tread plates can be divided into preparation before hot rolling, hot rolling, cold rolling, heat treatment and finishing. Hot rolling preparation mainly includes ingot quality inspection, soaking, sawing, milling, aluminum coating and heating. Semi-continuous ingot casting is widely used in modern aluminum alloy tread plate production. The size of the ingot is large and the internal dendrites are small. The use of high-quality ingots is the premise to ensure the quality of the finished product.
