Differences between cold rolled aluminum coils and hot rolled aluminum coils

2018-07-26 16:56:50

Alloy aluminum coil has a wide application value in the field of modern architectural decoration. The superior product performance of alloy aluminum coil is recognized by more and more friends. In order to make better use of the alloy aluminum coil, the oxidation prevention measures of the alloy aluminum coil are briefly introduced.

The space placed by the aluminum coil manufacturer should strengthen the management of air drying to ensure that there is no water in the compressed air. Strengthen the management of rolling oil, and its water content is controlled below 0.04%. The packaging of aluminum foil rolls should be sealed and the appropriate amount of desiccant should be placed in each roll.

Alloy aluminum coils can be divided into cold rolling and hot rolling. The main difference is that the anodizing is different. The hot rolled aluminum coil can be anodized.

Cold rolled aluminum coils and hot rolled aluminum coils are used differently. Cold rolled aluminum coils, such as 1060 aluminum coil are mostly used for molds, and hot rolled aluminum coils, such as aluminum slit coil, are suitable for stamping and stretching. The same materials have different physical properties due to different manufacturing processes. It is called plastic forming, and is divided into: casting, forging, extrusion, spinning, drawing, rolling and forming.

The humidity of the wooden shaft and the box plate of the aluminum alloy coil package is not more than 18%, and the temperature of the packaged aluminum coil is not more than 45 °C. When transporting from a low temperature zone to a high temperature and humidity area, do not open the sealed package immediately. Aluminum coils should not be placed in the workshops and warehouses where there is rain or snow.
